THE
VISION

John Navin has always believed that life is about more than numbers on a balance sheet. After more than 30 years as a financial advisor, helping families and businesses connect their resources to their biggest dreams, John realized that true wealth isn’t measured in dollars — it’s measured in meaning, relationships, and purpose. That vision is what inspired the creation of the Genesis Project.

THE GENESIS MOMENT

The Genesis Project is more than a place — it’s a movement toward renewal, creativity, and connection. Built on land designed to be both retreat and resource, it’s where people can unplug from distractions and rediscover what truly matters.

We offer two pathways. There are quiet spaces for writing, reflection, and creativity at your own pace. And there are guided programs that bring in leaders, artists, and mentors to host retreats, workshops, and community-building experiences.

Whether you seek stillness or growth, there’s a place for you here. At its heart, the Genesis Project is about people. Families, businesses, and communities come to plant new roots, share stories, and imagine futures. It’s where sparks of creativity meet the warmth of community — a beginning, a renewal, a genesis.
